Returns

If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase date of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site in exchange for store credit.

 

Return Conditions:

  • Bodysuits are final sale.
  • Bralettes are final sale.
  • Accessories are final sale.
  • Swimwear is final sale.
  • Gift Cards are final sale.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • All SALE merchandise is final sale.
  • Store credit will only be applied for the cost of the item, shipping fees will not be refunded.
  • ***If the item(s) sent back are not in original condition you will NOT receive store credit + a shipping fee will be charged to your account to send the item(s) back to you. If item(s) have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given store credit.

 

 Shoe Returns:

  • All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
  • If you are returning shoes, the shoebox must be placed in another package/box to protect the shoe box.
  • If there are shipping labels or stickers on the shoebox, we will not accept the return.

 

Return Address:

  • Please make sure your item(s) meet our return criteria and are not final sale item(s) before proceeding!
  • Include your Order Number (included on your printed invoice!) and Reason For Return!
  • Hazel Skull Boutique does not offer free returns. Please use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)!

  • We suggest you send your items back with a tracking number. We are NOT responsible for item(s) that are lost while in transit to us.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return and issue you store credit.
  • If you made your purchase using Afterpay, you will finish paying your installments through them, but will be issued a store credit for the full amount of your purchase. 
  • You will receive an online store credit to the original email that your purchase was made on.
  • Shipping will not be refunded.
